Shipments
You can make your purchase from Spain ( except for Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Belgium, Holland, United Kingdom and Luxembourg.
Shipping costs:
- - Tolra Studio stores: FREE PICKUP.
- - Spain* (peninsula) and Portugal: FREE SHIPPING on orders over 50€, otherwise a delivery fee of 4€ will be charged.
- - Balearic Islands: 6€ for all orders.
- - Other countries: 15€ for all orders.
The transport of the items is made by the transport company IMPACKTA – GLS - ASM
Exceptionally, during the Promotions – Sales – Black Friday – Christmas period, orders may be delayed when it comes to managing and sending the articles.
We will keep you informed of the status of your purchase at all times.

Exchanges / returns
You have 20 days since the receipt of the order to make an exchange or return of the order.
We will only accept items that have not been used and are in their original box. Items in bad conditions, used or without their original envelope WILL NOT be accepted.
DURING THE PERIOD BLACK FRIDAY - CHRISTMAS WE EXTEND THE DATE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS UNTIL JANUARY 15, 2022.
Exchange :
If you wish to change your items, you have two options:
1.- Exchange in Tolra Studio store: (FREE)
You can make an exchange of size/design by free in one of our stores, presenting the invoice or the purchase ticket.
2.- Exchange from home:* (FIRST EXCHANGE FREE)
(Only Peninsula and Portugal, We do NOT make changes to the rest of the countries.)
The first Exchange of size is free, you should send an email to orders@tolrastudio.com indicating:

* Available time for the collection:
We will contact you to conform the collection by agency in your residence. The shipper will carry the documentation.
The item has to be sent in the same conditions as it was received (in its original box and in the same conditions as it got to the place).
Protect the box with the same envelope that we used for the first shipment, and in case that you don’t have the original envelope, you should replace it for a similar one that gets in perfect conditions. If the item does not get in perfect conditions, it can affect such return.
Once we have received it in our warehouse and done the pertinent inspection of the product, we will immediately proceed with the shipment of the item.
In the case of a second change of size/design the shipment will be done with unpaid postage with charges to the client.
Return:
If you wish to return your items, you have two options:
Return in Tolra Studio store: (FREE)
If you wish to return the online purchase in our stores, you will have to hand in the items that you want to return together with the ticket or invoice of the purchase. Once the items are revised and the return is approved at the office, the money will be refunded to you through the same payment method that you used to do the purchase in a period of 3 to 5 working days. In any case the refund will be made in the stores.
2. Return at home: (COST 3 €)
Peninsula / Balearic Islands / Portugal = 3€ delivery fee
Other countries = 15€ delivery fee

We will contact you to confirm the collection by agency to your residence. The shipper will carry the documentation.

Once we have received it in our warehouse and done the pertinent inspection of the product, we will proceed to the payment of the amount of the product subtracting the return fee depending on the rate. In the same way that the order was done in a maximum period of 3-5 working days.
Defects/ incidents:
If any item has a flaw or there has been a mistake from our part you should communicate it by email to orders@tolrastudio.com and we will contact you so that we can solve it before there is any incident.
